Exercise
Moderately
Avail benefits of exercise by doing your routine or
useful work. Climb stairs if given a choice between
that and escalators or elevators. Avoid use of vehicles
instead walk to small distance. Play with your kids;
mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not
only a body fitness tool, but also a stress buster.
Cut Fat
Avoid all kinds of fried foods, burgers and other fatty
meats, dairy products with high fat versions. Nuts and
sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces
should be eaten moderately. Opt vegetarian food and
eat more fiber in the form of fruits and vegetables
because individuals who consume less animal protein
and more plant-based protein tend also to consume less
fat and cholesterol.
Quit Smoking
Avoid use all kind of tobaccos.
Think positive thoughts
Be always positive and have a cheerful outlook on life.
Avoid unnecessary strain and stress. Pray or meditate
in difficult situations
Protect
Yourself from Pollution
Avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing
in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares.
Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise
indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good.
