intelligence, style, and so on, in right proportion.
No doubt, the Skin, especially facial skin, has an important
role in making you beautiful.

Which
is the most important part of your beauty? Beautiful
Face, Beautiful Body, Beautiful Soul, beautiful…….and
it is disputable because beauty which really has no
definition and varies from person to person or country
to country.
Let
us say face is the most important part of a beautiful
body. Twinkling and charming eyes, honey dripping lips,
smooth and soft rose coloured cheeks, alluring nose,
soft and glowing healthy skin… enable to attract
the face most amount of attention. “The

Facial skin
can be classified as below according to its texture.
• Normal Skin
• Dry Skin
• Oily Skin
We can further add two more type:
• Combination skin
• Sensitive skin |

It is important to identify the type of skin you have,
as it plays an important role in taking proper steps
for skin care. Also the selection of beauty products
depends mainly on the type of facial skin.

Skin
Types |

1.
Normal skin
Normal Skin is the rare and best type of skin which
retains freshness for long time. It has an even tone,
soft, a smooth texture, no visible pores or blemishes.
Normal Skin needs very light make up and requires cleaning
twice a day with a mild soap and water and toned with
something like rose water. This type of skin needs sensible
care and gentle treatment and use only mild and well-balanced
skin care products.
2.
Dry Skin
Dry skin tends
to age prematurely and is wrinkle prone and can invite
lot of skin problems unless nurtured. It is sensitive
to weather; chapping and cracking are signs of extremely
dry, dehydrated skin. Always use a moisturizer during
day and a good cream at night.
3.
Oily Skin
Oily Skin is coarse,
thick, shiny appearance, and have tendency to feel greasy
even with in an hour after cleansing as sebaceous glands
are overactive. Oily Skin is prone to black heads, pimples,
dark shadows and to be cleaned scrupulously. The skin
care products those formulated specially for oily Skin
only should be used. Limit washing your face to two
or three times a day. Do not use skin care products
that contain alcohol. After cleansing, apply a natural
oil-free moisturizer. Avoid oily food and improve water
intake to a minimum of 8-10 glasses at regular interval.
4.
Combination skin
Combination skin is the most common skin type and is
a combination of both oily and dry skin. Generally oily
skin in T-zone (forehead, nose and chin areas), dry
or normal skin on cheek and eye area. Combination skin
requires a little more time for proper skin care than
the other types of skin.
5.
Sensitive Skin
Sensitive skin tends to be thin, delicate with fine
pores. It flushes easily, is prone to broken capillaries,
is frequently allergic and easily develops the rashes.
